Invoice and Payment Terms

This purchase covers digital software and/or technical services. By paying this invoice, the customer confirms the written scope and authorizes immediate delivery, provisioning, installation, configuration, support, or performance. Once files, credentials, access, provisioning, support, or work are provided, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where required by law or where the seller cannot materially provide the purchased service. By paying this invoice, the customer confirms that the invoice description, deliverables, compatibility requirements, exclusions, and customer responsibilities have been reviewed and accepted. The customer requests immediate performance. Digital deliverables, provisioning, installation, configuration, consulting, development, migration, and consumed support time are non-refundable once delivery or work begins, except where required by law. Payment does not transfer intellectual-property ownership unless the invoice expressly states otherwise.

This is a recurring digital-service subscription. It renews for the billing period shown unless cancelled before renewal. Cancellation stops future charges. Amounts charged for a billing period that has already started are non-refundable and are not prorated, except where required by law. Continued access is subject to the service terms and acceptable-use requirements.

Payment acknowledgement: By paying this invoice, I confirm that I reviewed and accepted the service description, delivery terms, customer responsibilities, subscription terms where applicable, Terms of Service, and Digital Services Refund and Cancellation Policy. I authorize immediate digital delivery and commencement of work.

HBTutorial SmartDID digital service: SmartDID software package and documentation; portal installation or upgrade as stated; VICIdial AGI-only node deployment as stated; campaign and API-server provisioning; uploaded-DID routing configuration; remote testing and verification; post-installation defect support for the stated period; custom development outside the written scope excluded; digital delivery with no physical item shipped.
