Privacy and Security Notice
How customer, account, billing, support, security, and service-delivery information is handled.
1. Information handled
HBTutorial may process customer identity and contact details, company information, invoice and transaction references, account details, login and security events, IP addresses, server and device metadata, service configuration, DID and campaign configuration, support messages, diagnostic logs, delivery records, and technical data supplied by the customer.
2. Purposes
- Provide, provision, secure, maintain, and support the purchased services.
- Authenticate users and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Process billing, invoices, subscriptions, cancellations, disputes, and tax records.
- Diagnose incidents and maintain delivery, access, and support evidence.
- Comply with lawful requests and applicable legal obligations.
- Improve service reliability, compatibility, and security.
3. Payment information
Payment platforms and financial institutions process payment credentials under their own privacy terms. HBTutorial normally receives transaction identifiers, payer information, amount, currency, status, and dispute information rather than full card or bank credentials.
4. Sharing
Information may be shared with hosting, cloud, email, carrier, payment, security, professional-adviser, and support providers only as reasonably necessary for the service, security, billing, legal compliance, or dispute handling. Personal information is not sold to advertisers.
5. Security
Reasonable safeguards may include HTTPS, access controls, restricted database accounts, encryption of sensitive credentials, IP restrictions, audit logging, strong sessions, rate limiting, backups, security updates, and monitoring. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Retention
Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for active service, support, security, accounting, dispute evidence, legal obligations, and backup cycles. Retention periods may differ by record type and applicable law.
7. Customer data and lawful authority
The customer confirms lawful authority to provide telephone numbers, lead data, recordings, credentials, server access, and other information. The customer remains responsible for notices, consent, retention, and lawful processing within its own calling and business operations.
8. Requests
Subject to applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about personal data by contacting support@hbtutorial.com. Identity verification may be required before acting on a request.
9. Changes
This notice may be updated to reflect service, security, provider, or legal changes. The effective date and policy version identify the current published version.
